Longan

* Description: small, green-brown, leather-skinned longans grow in large clusters on trees. Inside the flesh is smoky white with a very sweet, rich taste covering small brown seeds. They are eaten fresh as a dessert fruit.

* Nutritional value: besdies being excessively sweet, longans are full of vitamins and minerals.

* How to store fresh fruit: under the temperature of 4-7°C, it can be kept in 2-4 weeks.
